Rest in Resonance, part of the 7 Days of Rest and Sacred Renewal Global Online event, is being hosted by Emmy award-winning composer/public speaker Gary Malkin and Global Coherence Pulse host and Islands of Coherence Founder Teresa Collins.

With a nod to each of the days’ themes established by Shelley Ostroff and Yan Golding, the founders of the 7 Days of Rest program, each day will provide listening opportunities to directly experience how listening itself, especially in community, can provide restorative experiences, reminding us what matters most in this life. The themes following each day will also feature guests that will share in our listening together, offering their own particular perspectives on how liminal experiences are infused in their evolutionary journey to wholeness.
