“What the world needs now is love sweet love, it's the only thing there is just too little of...”

When this song was written we really did need more love on the planet and I feel like we have been pouring it in. Now what we need is more JOY to uplift this love into inspired action and hope-filled expressions of love, embodied and shared.

When we are in a state of JOY we are open and in the flow. In those moments of joy we trust life and our part in it and become present and curious to see what rising up to greet us in each moment and giving our best into the fulfillment of the self and the good of the whole.
